Following the success at SUPA IGA Moruya Plus Liquor, we had no hesitation in putting Veesion into Westpoint, and we will be doing the same for our other stores next year. We have a serial shoplifter who knows how to ‘play the system’. Veesion advised us on how to use Veesion to build a case for the police to become involved and stop her activities. Also, as many younger team members do not like to engage with thieves, we are using the Veesion’s ‘Super Service’ approach, which is very safe for the staff.
