We’ve been extremely happy with the Veesion experience. Installation was seamless, and the support team was outstanding, with regular check‑ins during the first few months to ensure everything ran smoothly. While our Total Tools store already had a solid CCTV setup, Veesion has elevated it into real‑time intelligence allowing us to finally get full value from our cameras. Most importantly, it’s changed the shop floor. Staff can now focus on customers while Veesion quietly monitors the aisles, alerting us to behaviour we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. It’s been a genuine improvement in both security and efficiency.
